Maintenance
If you get a bad test print pattern, clean your print nozzles to try to correct the problem.

Turn the Accounting feature on to track the postage that departments or individuals within your organisation use.
When you use accounting on your franking machine, you must select an account before you can print postage.
Edit an account when you want to change the account name or password.
Add accounts, using the optional accounting feature, to track your postage costs by account categories. Common account categories include departments, people, locations and projects.
You can delete an account when necessary. Make sure you do not need an account's data before you delete an account, as you cannot recover deleted data.
If you use Accounting, select an account or if you do not use Accounting, turn off Accountng to resolve the message Account needed to print postage.
