Selecting PrePay Reply service on the DM60

Use the Pitney Bowes® PrePay Reply service to print prepaid reply envelopes for 1st and 2nd Class letters that weigh up to 100g for use within the UK.

Follow these steps to print a PrePay Reply envelope.
  1. Select Class from the Home screen (franking machine displays today's date) .
  2. Select Carrier displays.
  3. Press Review (Down) to scroll until Royal Mail displays.
  4. Press Enter/Yes.
  5. Press Review (Down) to scroll until PrePay Reply displays.
  6. Press Enter/Yes.
  7. Select the desired Class.
  8. Select the desired mail type.
  9. You return to the Home screen automatically.
  10. Feed the envelope into the franking machine to print the PrePay impression.
