Checking your postage account balance on the DM60

Use your franking machine to check your postage balance within your Pitney Bowes account.

Connect your franking machine, ideally via a SmartLink™ connection, in order to communicate with the Pitney Bowes Data Centre.

1. Press Funds. The amount left in the franking machine appears.
2. Press Review (down) until Check balance available? appears.
3. Press Enter/Yes. Checking PbP Account Balances appears and the franking machine connects to Pitney Bowes. The available amount in the account appears:
   • ​Prepaid: the amount of prepaid funds available in your PrePay account
   • Other: the amount available with Pay As You Go.
     If the amount shown is £0, click the chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner to speak to an advisor.
4. Press Enter/Yes to add funds at the Refill Postage prompt. Otherwise, press No to return to the Home screen.
