Faster access to carrier data with new export

The new Carrier ID field in your export file makes key carrier data easier to access. Download it directly from the Carriers section for instant access.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Carriers.
  2. Click Export to download the file.

Easy returns with auto-filled address

Return label creation is now streamlined. The return address is auto-filled, making it quick and simple to generate labels for UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL Express.
Where to view:
  1. Go to the History screen.
  2. Click Return Label for your shipment.

Note: Supports both single and multiple shipment returns.

Simplified international shipping labels

Shipping labels from UPS, FedEx, and DHL now include a Bill To section, helping separate duties/taxes and transportation costs for faster, more accurate deliveries.

Managing payment methods just got easier. The new Payment Methods screen now features separate tabs for Wallet and Preferences.

  1. Go to the Payment Methods screen.
  2. Click on the Preferences tab to edit your settings.
  3. In the Preferences tab, you can manage your Primary/Backup USPS Postage Balance and Subscriptions.

Enhanced trial experience with automated reminders

New 30-day trial users will now receive automated reminders starting on day 20 to add their payment details, helping avoid service interruptions.
Where to view:
  1. On the Shipping Labels page, you'll receive a notification about the upcoming trial expiration.
  2. Follow the reminder to add payment details.

Improved FedEx Single Payer activation process

The Activate FedEx Pitney Bowes Rates modal now includes a checkbox to agree to FedEx Terms and Conditions before activating, streamlining the process and driving adoption.
Where to view:
  1. On the Carriers page, activate the FedEx Single Payer Modal pop-up.

Streamlined payment setup with clearer instructions

We’ve simplified the payment setup process by renaming a link to Set Up Payment Method and added a disclosure in the Add Credit Card pop-up to ensure users are fully informed.
Where to view:
  1. On the Payment Methods screen, the link text is now Set up Payment Method.
  2. A Payment Disclosure is shown in the Add Credit Card pop-up.

Improved visibility for special services

The Show More button for special services has been relocated to the left side for easier access and better visibility.

Schedule carrier pickups in one place

You can now schedule carrier pickups for any applicable carrier directly from a single dropdown menu, simplifying the process and eliminating the need to navigate multiple screens.
Where to view:
  • Under the Shipping & Mailing tab, select Schedule Carrier Pickup.
  • Choose the required pickup carrier from the dropdown.

Simplified funding process with no re-authentication

Users with MFA enabled will no longer need to re-authenticate when adding funds, whether it's for USPS postage, auto-refills, or low fund alerts during shipping or stamp purchases.
Where to view:

Once logged in, you can add funds seamlessly without the need for additional authentication, streamlining the process and saving time.

Simplified DeviceHub activation

DeviceHub activation for macOS users in Safari is now easier than ever! Simply update to the latest version and follow the prompts for seamless, secure activation.
How it works:

You can now activate DeviceHub using certificate-based activation in Safari on macOS. This eliminates the need for subscription-based settings in the 360 Admin Console. After updating to the latest version, you'll see a “Certificate-based activation is required” message on the 'My Devices' screen, where you can follow the easy prompts to activate.

Flexible DeviceHub activation

Our new certificate-based activation gives you more control over DeviceHub. Choose manual activation if auto-activation fails or when using Safari for seamless service.
How it works:

This feature is managed by Pitney Bowes support. Clients must contact us to enable it. It’s disabled by default and does not apply to Cube setup. Access under Manage Subscription > "Device Hub Secure Activation."

Smart auto refills: stay within your budget

The smart auto-refill feature now adjusts to your trust level, ensuring refills stay within your set budget and preventing overspending on postage.
How it works:

On the Postage Refills screen, set the maximum refill amount that aligns with your trust level, ensuring it never exceeds your spending limit.

Faster payment management

Our streamlined payment process allows easy addition and updates to payment methods, with buttons for credit card and ACH clearly visible for a faster, more efficient experience.
How it works:

On the Payment Method screen, you'll find the Add Credit Card and ACH Payments buttons to easily add or update your payment methods.

Total billable weight: clear shipping costs

View the Total Billable Weight for shipments, helping you understand shipping costs with clarity based on actual or dimensional weight.

View this in your shipment history and export it as a CSV file for better cost analysis.

Streamline shipping with Dimensioner

Capture accurate package dimensions and weight with a single click using the Dimensioner integration. Eliminate manual data entry and streamline your shipping workflow.
How it works:
  1. Ensure that you have DeviceHub enabled, then click Add Dimensioner.
  2. On the setup screen, enter the IP Address and name.
  3. On the Create Shipping Labels screen, click Get Dimension to fetch dimensions and weight.

Schedule pickup: default sender address

Scheduling pickups just got easier! The sender address on the Schedule Pickup screen will now automatically pre-fill with the default address from your logged-in user account.
How it works:
  • The sender address is pulled from your Preferences Settings.
  • It will automatically appear on the Schedule Pickup screen.
  • If needed, you can edit the address before confirming.

USPS postage refill reduction

The minimum USPS postage refill amount is now $5 (down from $10) for manual refills only. This change does not apply to auto-refill settings.
How it works:
  • Go to the Add Postage flow.
  • If you're making a manual refill, you’ll see an inline message confirming the new $5 minimum.
  • Complete your refill as usual.

DHL express for multi-carrier plans

PitneyShip users with multi-carrier plans can now seamlessly add DHL Express to their workflows by activating it from the Carriers Page.
How it works:
  1. Go to the Carriers Page and click Add Carrier.
  2. Select DHL Express and enter the carrier details.
  3. Click Save to activate.
  4. You can now add or edit DHL Express details anytime.

Enhanced FedEx international shipping

Easily manage multipiece FedEx International shipments with expanded Importer of Record (IOR) support, ensuring compliance and simplifying your international shipping process.
How it works:
  • When shipping multipiece FedEx International shipments, designate the Importer of Record (IOR) for each piece.
  • This ensures compliance with customs regulations for each shipment.
  • Complete your shipment as usual, with the IOR automatically applied.
