Returning Your Meter

Instructions to return your meter when you are replacing or canceling your equipment, including information on how to apply for a refund of any unused postage.

You are in contact with Pitney Bowes to upgrade or replace your original meter. 
  You receive your new/replacement meter with the return kit and instructions.
  Follow instructions in the kit to withdraw any remaining funds, then package original meter and scale in new meter box.   Apply return label to box and hand-over to UPS. Original meter is received by Pitney Bowes. Replacement is complete.

B. Canceling and returning your meter

You will receive confirmation when your lease/rental agreement is terminated, and, if applicable, your return box/label will be sent automatically within 30-days of the cancellation request. Within 30 days of request, you will receive a return kit (box/label) with instructions to send the meter back to Pitney Bowes.
Follow instructions in the kit to withdraw remaining funds, then package meter and scale in the return box.   Apply return label to box and hand-over to UPS. Original meter is received by Pitney Bowes. Cancellation is complete.
