Setting Microsoft Edge to run in Internet Explorer mode for SendSuite Live
Microsoft is retiring Internet Explorer on June 15, 2022. (See Microsoft's website for details.) You may be able to continue using the Internet Explorer Configuration Utilities by setting Microsoft Edge to run in "Internet Explorer mode". Please carefully check the prerequisites below before implementing this procedure.
Prerequisites for this procedure
Operating System
This procedure only applies to Windows 10 workstations and server-workstations. Microsoft no longer supports Windows 7, so it is not affected by the Internet Explorer retirement. Windows 11 is not supported for SendSuite Live.
Peripherals
Only the following peripherals are supported by this solution. If you use peripherals other than these with SendSuite Live, please contact us for additional information.

- If you have a generation 2 or 3 project and do not have a postage meter, you may use this solution.
- If you have a generation 2 or 3 project and a connected postage meter, this solution will not work. See DeviceHub and Shim Proxy for SendSuite Live for an alternate solution.
