Issue

When printing multiple labels, such as a carrier label and a billing label, all labels feed continuously without pausing.

Cause

The printer's present sensor is not functioning.

Resolution

The 1E26 thermal printer requires a specific firmware file in order for the present sensor to work correctly. This must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
