Issue
When attempting to load a project in SendSuite® Live, the error "A problem occurred in the creation of this page" is displayed.
Cause
Possible causes:
- Incompatibility: This error may be displayed when using first-generation SendSuite Live projects with Internet Explorer version 11 or higher.
- Settings: This error may be displayed if the computer's Active X settings are not set correctly.
