Issue
When printing a zebra label (FedEx/UPS/USPS) on a JZ20 printer, it feeds six inches, but only prints the recipient address and leaves the rest of the label blank. In addition, the printer flashes red and must be turned off and back on to get it it back into ready mode.
Cause
The printer driver settings are incorrect.
Resolution
This issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
