Issue

When opening a SendSuite® Live project, the error "Unable to get property ‘data’ from undefined or null reference. Error in XMLResponse on ship." is displayed.

Cause

A Microsoft .NET framework update was recently applied on the computer. The following updates are known to cause this issue:
  • Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (KB2979578v2) 
  • Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (KB2972107)
  • ASP.NET MVC 4 Runtime
