"No response was received from the request you last made." message when loading SendSuite Live project

Issue
When trying to load a project from the workstation, the following error message is displayed:
No response was received from the request you last made.
The Event Viewer shows the following error:

Cause
The SendSuite Live Meter Configuration Utility plugin (add on) for Internet Explorer is not loading properly, which causes the project to time out.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the SendSuite Live Meter Configuration Utility:

- Select Windows Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features.
- Select Client Postal Meter.
- Select Uninstall.
- Follow the prompts to remove the plugin.
- Load the SendSuite Live project.
- Select the batch button.
- In the pop-up window, select the option to download.
- Save the file to the desktop.
- Close Internet Explorer.
- Right-click on the downloaded file and select Run as administrator.
- Follow the prompts to install the plugin.
