Issue

When processing a shipment with carrier FXO, when recording the shipment, the document label feeds out and then immediately afterwords the shipping label feeds. Normally there is a pause between labels that allows the document label to be torn off. Other carriers that print a shipping label and document label do pause between the document label and shipping label, allowing it to be torn off.

Cause

The firmware on the printer is out of date.

Resolution

The firmware on the printer will need to be updated by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
