Manifest USPS Scan Form not generated for PB Shipping API USPS in SendSuite Live

Issue
When performing end of day for the PB Shipping API USPS carrier, the manifest USPS Scan Form is not generated. The task gets stuck at started, or it may display an error such as:
System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. ---> System.IO.IOException: Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream.
Cause
Security changes for Shipping API USPS carrier requires SendSuite® Live to be at version 7.21.01.
Resolution
Upgrade SendSuite Live to version 7.21.01.
Note: The USPS does not require End of Day to be performed. The Scan Form is only necessary for high volume shippers so that the USPS driver does not have to scan each package individually at time of pickup.
