How to print a ship request in a SendSuite Live Gen 2 Desktop Project
Learn how to print a ship request in a SendSuite Live Gen 2 Desktop Project.

To print a ship request in Gen 2 Desktop Project for SendSuite® Live using the following steps:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- In the favorites bar, select SendSuite Live Projects Login.
- Select SendSuite Live Desktop 2.x.
- Select Login.
- Select the ellipsis (...) button next to the Ship to Search box.
- Locate your shipping address.
- Double-click to select the address.
- Select Next.
- Select the unit of measure and currency.
- Enter the weight and size of the package.
- (Optional) click the plus (+) button next to the packages and fill in additional fields.
- Select Next.
- Select the ellipsis (...) button next to Cost Center and select the cost center.
- Select Next.
- Select one of the following options:
- Option 1: Print my Ship Request Form at my Desktop, and allow the mailroom to process my mail piece
- Option 2: Choose my Rate, print my Ship Request Form at my desktop, and allow the mailroom to process my mail piece
- Option 3: Choose my Rate, process my shipment now, and print my labels and documents at my desktop
- Select Next.
Note: Do not check remember my last choice.
- Select the rate.
- Select Next.
Note: The Smart Shop screen displays rates for a 7-day period.
- Review the confirmation screen for correct shipping requirements.
- Select Previous, if changes are required.
- Select Next.
- Print the shipping label.
- Select Done to begin a new shipment.
