The SendSuite® Live Event Viewer shows the error "System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Filename: redirection.config Error: Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions at . . ." Multiple similar error messages may occur in quick repetition.

Cause

An unauthorized user attempted to load the SendSuite Live Administrative page and left it open. 

Resolution

An unauthorized user has attempted to load the SendSuite Live Administrative page and has left the access denied page open in their browser. Closing this page will stop the error messages from occurring in the event viewer.
