Learn how to run Internet Explorer hardware plugin updates for SendSuite Live.

SendSuite® Live software updates occasionally provide updates for the following associated Internet Explorer utilities:
  • SendSuite Live Meter Configuration: You will be prompted for the update when you load a Mailroom project.
  • SendSuite Live Scale Configuration: You will be prompted for the update when you load a Mailroom project, Ship project, or Desktop project.
  • SendSuite Live Printer Configuration: You will be prompted for the update when you configure to print in response mode and attempt to print something from any of the projects.
To run hardware plugins updates:
  1. After the updates have downloaded, close Internet Explorer.
  2. Locate the downloaded file.
  3. Right-click on the downloaded file and select Run as administrator.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
  5. Repeat for any other updates that were downloaded.
