The latest version of software is available through IntelliLink® Desktop, which is a Windows application that keeps your Pitney Bowes software products up-to-date with the latest software and data file updates.

- Go to the IntelliLink Desktop page.
- Select the Download button. A file named IntelliLink+Desktop.exe will be downloaded to your Downloads folder.
- In your Downloads folder, select IntelliLink+Desktop.exe.
- At the Welcome to the InstallShield for IntelliLink Desktop prompt, select Next.
- Enter the primary email address, enter a secondary email address (optional), and select Next.
- Do not change the installation location or download location. Select Next.
- Select the time for the reminder and then select Next.
- Select the proxy server option:
- If you do not have a proxy server in your network, select Do not use a proxy server and then select Next.
- If you have a proxy server in your network, select Use the following proxy server settings, enter the details of your proxy server, and then select Next.
- Select Install.
- After the install completes, select Finish.
- Make sure your SendSuite Xpress or Ascent application is closed.
- Double-click the Intellilink icon on the system tray to open the IntelliLink Desktop user interface.
- From the list of available updates, select Download for the application you wish to update.
- When the download finishes, select Install. When the install finishes, the update is removed from the list.
