Cause

As of May 10, 2017, the LabelMaster DGIS API does not support shipping lithium ion batteries.
 

Resolution

As of May 10, 2017, LabelMaster DGIS does not support shipping lithium ion batteries. To process lithium ion batteries, go directly to the DGIS website, or ship via another method outside of SendSuite® Live.
