Adding contacts (recipients and senders) in SendSuite Tracking Online

Learn how to add contacts (recipients and senders) in SendSuite Tracking Online.

Adding a recipient or sender

  1. Select the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Contacts - Recipients & Senders.
  3. Select +Add new.
  4. Fill in the contact's details and select the desired options:
    • Recipient/Sender: Check the necessary boxes to set the contact a recipient, sender, or both.
    • Unique ID: Reserved for tenants with integrated lockers. This is the employee or badge number used to authenticate a recipient at a locker bank.
    • Additional Emails: A list of email addresses to which copies of package notifications will be sent. The list may contain up to 10 addresses, separated by space, tab, comma, or semicolon.
    • Accessibility: Reserved for tenants with integrated lockers. See Enabling accessibility (ADA) for lockers in SendSuite Tracking Online for details on this option.
  5. Select Save.
SendSuite Tracking Online also allows you to add new contacts when receiving or delivering packages.
 

Adding a recipient when receiving or delivering a package

  1. On the Receive a package or Deliver a package screen, if the recipient's name is not listed, type the name into the Recipient field. As you start typing, you will see a prompt to add the contact.
  2. Select the pop-up suggestion to Add <name>. The Add Contact window will be displayed with the Recipient box selected.
  3. (Optional) Contacts in SendSuite Tracking Online can be recipients, senders, or both. To make this person a sender as well, select the Sender box.
  4. Follow steps 4-5 in the Adding a recipient or sender section above.

Adding a sender when receiving or delivering a package

  1. On the Receive a package or Deliver a package screen, if the sender's name is not listed, type the name into the Sender field. As you start typing, you will see a prompt to add the contact.
  2. Select the pop-up suggestion to Add <name>. The Add Contact window will be displayed with the Sender box selected.
  3. Follow steps 4-5 in the Adding a recipient or sender section above.
