Configuring barcode label printing in SendSuite Tracking Online
Barcode labels use a standard template that does not allow changes. The barcode label format is 4 x 4.5 inches and data contains the Received date, Sender, Recipient, Tracking Number, and Pitney Bowes logo.

Note: Only users with an Admin role can perform this procedure.

Desktop Printer
To configure barcode label printing:- Select the gear icon in the upper right.
- Select Printing from the menu.
- Under Desktop Printer: Package Labels, select the preferred method from the Receive a Package, Edit, and Deliver menus. Options are:
- Off: No barcode label printing allowed
- Manual: Allows the user to print a label using either the Save or Save & Print button for individual packages
- Automatic: Prints a label for every package
- Under Label Content, select optional fields to print:
- Recipient Location: Check to display Building, Floor, or Office.
- Comments: Check to display comments
- Locker: Check to display the Locker ID
- Under Additional Fields, select optional fields to print (2 maximum):
- PO Number
- Direction
- Package Type
- Locker
Mobile Printer
To configure barcode label printing:
- Select the gear icon in the upper right.
- Select Printing from the menu.
- Under Mobile Printer: Package Labels, select the preferred method from the Receive, Quick Receive, and Edit menus. Options are:
- Off: No barcode label printing allowed
- Manual: Allows the user to print a label using either the Save or Save & Print button for individual packages (does not apply to Quick Receive)
- Automatic: Prints a label for every package
- Under the Label section, locate and adjust as needed the following settings:
- Label Size:
- 4" x 2" (default)
- 3" x 2"
- 2" x 2"
- Primary Field:
- Recipient Name (default)
- Recipient Location
- Additional Fields: Additional fields to print on labels (recommended maximum 2)
- PO Number
- Direction
- Package Type
- Comments
- Label Size:
