Inviting users to SendSuite Tracking Online
Learn how to invite users to SendSuite Tracking Online.

Features availability varies by subscription level. If you have any questions regarding your subscription level, please contact your administrator.
Note: Only users with an Admin role can invite other users.
To resend an invitation, select the gear menu next to the user and select Resend invitation.
To delete an invitation, select the gear menu next to the user and select Delete.
Note: Only users with an Admin role can invite other users.
- Select the gear icon in the upper right.
- Select Users.
- Select Invite.
- Type or paste the user's email address into the To invite users, enter their email address below field.
- (Optional) To add more than one user with the same role, type or paste the next user's email address after the first user's address has been accepted.
- If you have Locations enabled, select the location for the users being invited from the Location menu.
- Select the role for the users being invited from the Role menu:
- Admin
- User
- ReadOnly
- Select the Invite button. The user will receive a welcome email message.
To resend an invitation, select the gear menu next to the user and select Resend invitation.
To delete an invitation, select the gear menu next to the user and select Delete.
