Receiving a package in the SendSuite Mobile App for SendSuite Tracking Online
You can use the SendSuite Mobile App on a handheld device to receive packages into SendSuite Tracking Online.

You can use the SendSuite Mobile App on a handheld device to receive packages into SendSuite Tracking Online.

- Open the SendSuite Mobile App on the handheld device.
- Sign in to the app.
- If prompted, select your location.
- From the app Home screen, tap Receive.
- Scan the carrier barcode, tap the field and type the tracking number using the soft keyboard, or tap the + next to the Tracking Number field to generate a tracking number.
- If the Carrier is not filled in, tap and enter the Carrier.
- The default Status for new receiving transactions is Received. Tap the Status field to change the value.
- Tap the Location field to change the location, if desired.
- The Recipient may have been collected from the scan of the tracking number. If not, tap the Recipient field to search for and select an existing recipient. To add a new recipient:
- Enter the first and last name of the recipient (separated by a space).
- Tap the Add button.
- Type of Recipient will already be checked. If you wish for the recipient to also be a Sender, check the Sender box.
- Complete the remaining fields on the form.
- Tap Save.
- The Sender may have been collected from the scan of the tracking number. If not, tap the Sender field to search for and select an existing sender. To add a new sender:
- Enter the complete name of the sender then tap Add.
- Type of Sender will already be checked. If you wish for the sender to also be a recipient, check the Recipient box.
- Tap Save.
- If the package arrived damaged, check the Arrived damaged box.
- (Optional) Enter Comments.
- If custom fields have been created, completed them as instructed by your administrator.
- (Optional) To add photos:
- Tap the Camera icon in the upper right. This activates the camera.
- Aim the camera, using the video on the screen as the viewfinder, then tap the camera icon in the bottom center of the screen to capture the image.
- To delete an image, tap it, then tap the garbage can icon in the upper right. Use the navigation arrows in the upper right to browse images.
- To add more images (limit 5), tap the camera icon in the upper right and repeat.
- Once all photos have been taken, tap DONE.
- Tap the return arrow (pointing left) in the upper left of the screen to return to the receiving screen. The camera icon in the upper right shows the number of images that will be saved with the package record.
- If a portable printer is configured, tap the Printer icon in the upper right to print a receiving label.
- Tap Save to commit the transaction or Cancel to cancel the transaction.
