How it works:
You can now activate DeviceHub using certificate-based activation in Safari on macOS. This eliminates the need for subscription-based settings in the 360 Admin Console. After updating to the latest version, you'll see a “Certificate-based activation is required” message on the 'My Devices' screen, where you can follow the easy prompts to activate.

This feature is managed by Pitney Bowes support. Clients must contact us to enable it. It’s disabled by default and does not apply to Cube setup. Access under Manage Subscription > "Device Hub Secure Activation."

How it works:
- The sender address is pulled from your Preferences Settings.
- It will automatically appear on the Schedule Pickup screen.
- If needed, you can edit the address before confirming.

How it works:
- Go to the Add Postage flow.
- If you're making a manual refill, you’ll see an inline message confirming the new $5 minimum.
- Complete your refill as usual.
DHL express for multi-carrier plans
How it works:
- Go to the Carriers Page and click Add Carrier.
- Select DHL Express and enter the carrier details.
- Click Save to activate.
- You can now add or edit DHL Express details anytime.
Enhanced FedEx international shipping
How it works:
- When shipping multipiece FedEx International shipments, designate the Importer of Record (IOR) for each piece.
- This ensures compliance with customs regulations for each shipment.
- Complete your shipment as usual, with the IOR automatically applied.
