What's New

FedEx MFA required for secure account access

FedEx has introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance security and comply with carrier requirements. Users must now verify their identity to access FedEx rates and print shipping labels.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Settings > Carriers in your account.
  2. Click Authenticate next to your FedEx account.
  3. Choose your authentication method and click Next.
  4. Complete the authentication within 30 minutes.

Save time with scheduled address exports

Automate address book exports and receive email alerts if any fail, helping you stay on top of your data.
How it works:
  1. Go to Settings > Address Book
  2. Click Export > Export Automatic Contacts
  3. Enter the Folder Path and SFTP URL
  4. Select the authentication option
  5. Add emails in the Notifications section
  6. Choose the date and time for export
  7. Click Save Configuration
  8. View/edit/delete exports in Task Scheduler > Automatic Export List
  9. View export status in the History screen

Ship seamlessly to all U.S. territories with USPS

USPS services now support shipments to and from all U.S. territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and more.
How it works:

This update applies to the following areas:

  • Shipping Workflows: Create Shipping Label, Create Ship Request, Create Presets.
  • Order Processing: Ship Orders (including Import CSV, Address Book), Single/Bulk Edit, and Single/Bulk Print.
  • ERR Processes: Certified Email, Ship Request, and Import.

Ensure export compliance with AES validation

A new Automated Export System (AES) Exemption validation ensures international shipments comply with export regulations.
Where to view:
  1. When creating an international shipping label, go to International Shipment Details.
  2. Click Add First Item, fill in the total item value, and click Save.
  3. Add customs details, select the AES Exemption, and click Save & Close.

This validation applies to all carriers and international shipments, helping you avoid errors with line-item values over $2,500.

Latest Updates

Easily add tax info for FedEx international shipments

You can now add essential tax information, including VAT, GST, and EIN, for FedEx international shipments to ensure compliance and simplify your shipping process.
Where to view:
  1. When creating an international shipping label, click Add Customs.
  2. Enter the applicable tax information: VAT, GST, and EIN.
  3. Click Save & Close to apply the details.

Add custom login rules for users

Create login policies that control how and when users can access shipping tools across your organization.
How it works:
  1. Go to Notification & Templates > Login Policy
  2. Define Rules of Behavior and trigger conditions
  3. Ensure your subscription includes the Shipping Policy Plan
  4. Admin must enable the feature in Sign In Security

Quickly filter shipments by destination

Use new filters on the History screen to view domestic or international shipments in just a few clicks.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Shipping & Mailing > Shipping & Postage History
  2. Click the Shipments filter
  3. Choose Domestic Shipments or International Shipments

Customize your view with new grid columns

Gain more control over your workflow with new, optional Order Grid columns that help surface key order and recipient details.
Where to view:
  1. Go to the Order Grid
  2. Open the Columns menu
  3. Turn on/off new fields, including:
     - Imported By
     - Name
     - Address
     - City, State, ZIP, Country
     - Last Updated
     - Updated By
     - Store Name
     - Order Total
