Faster access to carrier data with new export

The new Carrier ID field in your export file makes key carrier data easier to access. Download it directly from the Carriers section for instant access.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Carriers.
  2. Click Export to download the file.

Easy returns with auto-filled address

Return label creation is now streamlined. The return address is auto-filled, making it quick and simple to generate labels for UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL Express.
Where to view:
  1. Go to the History screen.
  2. Click Return Label for your shipment.

Note: Supports both single and multiple shipment returns.

Paperless shipping with DHL Express

Ditch the paperwork—DHL Express Paperless Trade lets you upload shipping docs digitally, saving time and streamlining international shipments.
Where to view:

This feature is available for DHL Express international shipments. Uploading a Certificate of Origin and Airway Bill is optional, and commercial invoices are processed digitally under DHL’s terms. The maximum upload size is 500KB, and availability may vary depending on country regulations.

Simplified international shipping labels

Shipping labels from UPS, FedEx, and DHL now include a Bill To section, helping separate duties/taxes and transportation costs for faster, more accurate deliveries.

More flexibility in cost account names

You can now use special characters in the Cost Account Name field—making it easier to add, edit, and import without errors.

Simplified USB Cube setup for FedRAMP users

FedRAMP users can now install Cube devices via USB-only, eliminating the need for Wi-Fi and streamlining setup. Admins can control this feature for enhanced flexibility.
Where to view:
  1. Go to the Manage Products page.
  2. Look for the checkbox labeled Allow Cube setup using USB only.
  3. Check or uncheck the box to enable/disable the feature.

Role description field for subscription roles

A new Role Description field has been added to subscription roles, allowing admins to provide context and clarity about each role’s intended actions.
Where to view:
  1. Under Subscription Role > Edit Subscription Role.
  2. You can now add your Role Description.

Enhanced data security with PGP encryption

PGP encryption has been implemented for Enterprise customers to secure sensitive data like addresses during SFTP transfers, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Where to view:
  1. Go to your Address Book.
  2. Under the Contacts tab, in the Configure Automatic Import, you now have the option to Enable PGP Encryption.

Enhanced USPS stamps history for ERR flows

Users can now view complete visibility of notes in the Memo/Reference field for all ERR flows in USPS Stamps history, improving tracking and documentation.
Where to view:
  1. Navigate to Shipping and Mailing.
  2. Click on Shipping and Postage History.
  3. Go to the History page → USPS Stamps to see all available data.

Improved visibility for special services

The Show More button for special services has been relocated to the left side for easier access and better visibility.
Where to view:
  1. Open the Check Rates and Services screen.
  2. Find the Show More button on the left-hand side of the page.

Enhanced shipping control with ERR V2

The upgrade to ERR V2 gives you enhanced shipping capabilities, including automated imports, grouped printing, bulk edits, and multitasking for improved efficiency.
How it works:

For new users, a pop-up message will display on the active ERR list screen once ERR V2 is live.

Clear credit card surcharge communication

We've updated the Refill Postage screen to clearly communicate the credit card surcharge. The Credit Card Admin Fee has also been renamed to Credit Card Surcharge for consistency.
Where to view:

View the changes on the Add Postage screen and the History screen, under the Shipment – Postage tab.

Streamlined paperless international shipping

Go paperless with DHL Express by uploading customs documentation digitally, saving time and reducing paper waste.
Where to view:
  • On the Create Shipping Label page, under the Check Rates and Services window, select DHL Express > Paperless Trade.
  • Click Upload Documents to upload your customs documentation.

Updated FedEx license agreement for BYOA users

The FedEx License Agreement for BYOA users has been updated to meet FedEx’s branding requirements, including reformatting, corrected indenting, and proper footers.
How it works:

When adding a new FedEx BYOA account, you’ll now see the updated, fully compliant FedEx License Agreement pop-up.

Effortlessly manage your sender address

Managing your sender address is easier than ever! A new info icon now explains how to update your default address directly in settings.
How it works:

The info icon appears next to the sender address field. It provides instructions to either select a different address from the dropdown or update it in Settings > Preferences or Stamp Options (depending on the flow).

  • In the Shipping, Ship Request, and Advanced flows: Click Settings > Preferences.
  • In the Stamp Envelope flow: Click Settings > Stamp Options.

Instant expired card notifications for postage

Automated bulk proof of delivery

Streamline your workflow with automated Bulk Proof of Delivery (BPOD) exports. Schedule daily, weekly, or monthly exports to a designated location and receive email notifications for failed exports.
How it works:
  1. Navigate to the Shipping and Mailing tab.
  2. Select Create Shipping Labels from the dropdown.
  3. Under the History tab, go to Exports and click Schedule Automatic Export.
  4. Verify the SFTP link, username, and password, then click Test Access to schedule the export.

From the Proof of Delivery Tab:

  1. Click Export.
  2. Select Schedule Automatic Export to open the Export scheduler.
  3. You can view, edit, or delete scheduled export configurations under the Scheduled Exports tab.

Rx4Route carrier integration

We’ve integrated Rx4Route for pharmacy clients to enable real-time delivery tracking. This robust feature helps track shipments and opens up new opportunities for your business.
How it works:
  1. Under Carriers, click Add Carriers.
  2. From the drop-down click R*4 Route.
  3. Enter the details and click Save.

Effortless refunds & voids

Easily refund or void USPS labels directly from Shipment History, even after printing the SCAN Form or Manifest, giving you more flexibility and control over your shipping process.
How it works:
  1. Go to the Shipping and Mailing tab, then click End of Day.
  2. Select Print USPS SCAN Form from the dropdown.
  3. After printing the SCAN form, the Refund Label button will appear in Shipment History for USPS

USPS signature download

Users can now download USPS Proof of Delivery (POD) and signature (PDF) files when a package is marked ‘Delivered.’ Files will be available in 2-5 business days, similar to UPS and FedEx.
How it works:

1. Navigate to the Check Rates and Services screen.

2. If you’ve enabled Signature Confirmation:

  • On the Shipments screen, select the Shipment details.
  • Click Download POD/Signature File(s).

USPS rate changes

Starting January 19, 2025, USPS will increase rates by up to 9.2% for services like Priority Mail and Parcel Select. First-Class Mail rates stay the same. New fees for live animals and perishables apply.
How it works:

The U.S. Postal Service will increase rates for shipping services, with key changes as follows:

  • Priority Mail & Priority Mail Express: +3.2%
  • USPS Ground Advantage: +3.9%
  • Parcel Select: +9.2%

First-Class Mail rates will remain the same, but new fees will apply for live animals and perishable materials.

DeviceHub control for client admins

Client Admins now have the ability to delete DeviceHubs within their environments, giving Enterprise, Division, and Location-level admins more control and reducing support tickets.
How it works:
  1. Go to Settings and click My Devices.
  2. Click the Delete icon.
  3. Confirm the deletion via the pop-up to remove the DeviceHub.
