Return Instructions for Ink and Supplies

Get the steps and details to effectively start an online return of ink or other supplies purchased from our online shop within the guidelines of Pitney Bowes supply return policy.

Note: All return requests are subject to Pitney Bowes review and approval. Please see our Supply Return Policy for complete details.
 

Instructions to Return Ink & Supplies  

1. Start an Online Return in Order History.

Supply items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in resalable condition (unopened). Except for ink and toner supplies, if the item is defective, you may have up to 6 months to return.
 
To start the return process, sign in and go to the Order History page in your account. Select the down arrow to expand the order with the supply item(s) you wish to return. Select the link, Return Item or the link, Return All (if applicable).

2. Create your UPS label through your Supply Return.

You will be redirected to the UPS/Pitney Bowes Label creation site. Please read all instructions to ensure your label is complete for shipment.
 
You will receive an email from UPS in your desired delivery method that will have your attached label or QR code. 

 

3. Be sure to pack your items properly.

Pitney Bowes is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend using the original packaging or a well-padded envelope, and we suggest using a trackable label for high-value items.



 

4. Add your shipping label to the package or take your package to the UPS store with QR code.

Please place the shipping label in a visable and safe place on the package.
 
If you received a QR code for the return, please take the carefully packaged box to the UPS store of your choice and they will return the supplies from there.
 
Shipping and handling charges are not reimbursed unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product or an incorrect shipment.
 

5. Send your package back to us.

Mail the package back as instructed. If returning multiple boxes, affix a shipping label to each package. Be sure to remove old labels from the exterior of a package.
