Updating your ShipAccel subscription
If you are the account administrator, you can change your subscription.

If you are the account administrator, you can change your subscription.
Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.
- Sign in to ShipAccel.
- Select your name in the upper right and select Manage Subscription. If you do not see this option, then this article does not apply to your account. Please contact us to change your subscription.
- To change your plan, select Change Plan.
- Choose the Select Plan button next to the plan you wish to change to.
- On the Review Your Plan screen, select Update My Plan.
- To add an Add-On to your subscription, select Add in the Available Add-Ons section, then select Activate Add-On.
