Changing your ShipAccel subscription

If you are the account administrator, you can change your subscription.

If you are the account administrator, you can change your subscription.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.

  1. Sign in to ShipAccel.
  2. Select your name in the upper right.and select Manage Subscription. If you do not see this option, please contact us to change your subscription.

  3. Select Edit Subscription.
  4. Select Change.

  5. Select the desired subscription plan.

  6. Select Update.
  7. (Optional) To add any additional features, select Add Addons, choose the desired features, and select Add.

  8. Select Update Subscription.
