Viewing your subscription billing invoice in ShipAccel

You can view the billing invoice for your ShipAccel subscription.

You can view the subscription invoices and payment history for your ShipAccel subscription.

  1. Sign in to ShipAccel.
  2. Select your name in the upper right and select Manage Subscription. If you do not see this option, refer to the next section.

  3. To view your payment history, select Payment History on the left side.

  4. To view your subscription invoices, select Subscription Invoices on the left side.

  5. Select the PDF icon next to the invoice you wish to view.

If you do not see the Manage Subscription option shown above, try these steps:

  1. Sign in to ShipAccel.
  2. Select your name in the upper right and select Billing History. If you do not see the Billing History option or the Manage Subscription option, then this article does not apply to your account.
  3. (Optional) To download the invoice, select Download.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
