Resending a user welcome (invitation) email in TrackMyMail

If a user loses their invitation email, you can resend it.

If a user loses their welcome (invitation) email, you can resend it.

  1. On the left side, select User Management.
    User Management icon
  2. Select Users.
  3. Check the box next to the user you wish to resend the email to.
  4. Select the Resend Invitation button at the top.
