Resending a user welcome (invitation) email in TrackMyMail
If a user loses their invitation email, you can resend it.
Products affected: TrackMyMail™
If a user loses their welcome (invitation) email, you can resend it.
- On the left side, select User Management.
- Select Users.
- Check the box next to the user you wish to resend the email to.
- Select the Resend Invitation button at the top.
