Creating a Rate Group in ShipAccel

A Rate Group is a group of carrier services that are grouped together so that they can be used in automation rules.

1. Select Settings > Carriers.
2. Select the Rate Groups tab.
3. Select Add Rate Group.
4. Enter a Display Nickname for the group.
5. (Optional) To enter your own ID for this rate group, select Custom Rate Group ID.
6. Select the Carrier Account.
7. From the Available list, select the service you wish to add and select the single arrow pointing to the right to add it to the Selected list.
   • To add all of the services in that carrier account, select the double arrow pointing to the right.
   • To remove services from the Selected list, use the arrows pointing to the left.
8. Select Done.
