You can add a Tik Tok store to sync your Tik Tok ecommerce orders with ShipAccel. Note:

Before you begin

You will need the following information from your Tik Tok account.

  • Username
  • Password

Adding your Tik Tok account

  1. On the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Integration or + Add Store.
  2. Select the Tik Tok icon.

  3. Select Connect.
  4. Select your region.

  5. Select Next next to your country.

  6. Sign in to your Tik Tok account.

  7. Select Confirm to install.
  8. Scroll down and check the box to agree, then select Authorize. Once the authorization is complete, you should be redirected back to ShipAccel.
  9. (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
