Linking your Office 365 address book in ShipAccel

You can link your Office 365 address book to ShipAccel so that you can use those addresses when creating shipping labels.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Once linked to Office 365, your Office 365 addresses appear at the bottom of the address book, after your ShipAccel addresses. Addresses from Office 365 have an Office 365 icon. Addresses stored in ShipAccel have a Pitney Bowes icon. After using an Office 365 address to create a label, the address will not be saved with your other ShipAccel addresses.

To link to your Office 365 address book:

1. Select Settings > Address Book.
2. Select Allow access to my Microsoft Office365.
3. Select Connect to Office365.
4. Sign in to your Office 365 account.

To remove the connection to your Office 365 address book:

1. Select Settings > Address Book.
2. Select Disconnect Office365.
3. Uncheck Allow access to my Microsoft Office365.
