Exporting user activity logs in ShipAccel

Administrators can export the logs of users' signins and activity.

Administrators can export the logs of users' signins and activity.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Activity Logs.
  2. Select the Event Log or the Sign In Log tab.
  3. (Optional) Select the data you wish to export:
    • Select the calendar icon to change the date range displayed.
    • User the Search field to search for a user by email address.
    • Select the All Events and All Types menus to filter on the types of items.
  4. Select Export.
  5. When you see the message Are you sure you want to download file?, select Download.
  6. Follow your browser's prompts to save the file. It may be automatically downloaded to your Downloads folder.
  7. (Optional) Select the Export Status tab to view the status, download the file again, or delete the file.
