Canceling a ShipAccel subscription

Learn how to cancel your subscription.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.

  1. Sign in to ShipAccel.
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription.
  4. Select the reason and select Continue.
  5. Provide any additional information and select Submit Request.
  6. Select OK.
