Canceling a ShipAccel subscription

If you are the account administrator, you can cancel your subscription.

Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.

Determining which method to use

There are currently two different user menus. This will determine which method you use.

1. Sign in to ShipAccel.
2. Select your name in the upper right.
3. If you see this menu, use Method 1.
   
4. If you see this menu, use Method 2.
   

Method 1

1. Sign in to ShipAccel.
2. Select your name in the upper right.
3. Select Cancel Subscription.
4. Enter or select the reason for cancellation.
5. If you see a Continue button, select Continue.
6. Select Submit Request or Confirm Cancellation.
7. If you see an OK button, select OK.

Method 2

1. Sign in to ShipAccel.
2. Select your name in the upper right.
3. Select Manage Subscription.
4. Select Cancel Subscription.
   
5. Select the reason for cancelling, enter any additional details, and select Continue.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
