You can add your NetSuite store to sync your NetSuite ecommerce orders with ShipAccel.

Before you begin

You will need the following information from your NetSuite account. Refer to the NetSuite help for more information.

  • Consumer Key
  • Consumer Secret
  • Token ID
  • Token Secret
  • Company URL

Adding your NetSuite account

  1. On the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Integration or + Add Store.
  2. Select the NetSuite icon.

  3. Enter your Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Token ID, Token Secret, and Company URL and select Connect.

  4. (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
