Connecting QuickBooks in ShipAccel

You can connect QuickBooks so that you can sync your QuickBooks transactions with ShipAccel and print labels for them.

You can add your QuickBooks store so that you can sync your QuickBooks transactions with ShipAccel and print labels for them.

Before you begin

You will need the following information from your QuickBooks account. Refer to the QuickBooks help for more information.

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Adding your QuickBooks account

  1. From the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Store or + Add Integration.
  2. Select the QuickBooks icon.
  3. Select Connect Store.
  4. Enter your QuickBooks Client ID and Client Secret.
  5. Select whether you would like to sync Sales Receipts or Invoices.
    Note that you cannot change this once the store is connected.
  6. Select Connect Store.
  7. (Optional) Set your default preferences for QuickBooks transactions and select Finish.
