Emailing a customer return link in ShipAccel

You can email a link to your returns page to your customers so that they can easily access your returns page and start a return.

Emailing a return link from the Orders screen

1. On the Orders screen, select the order for which you wish to claim insurance.
2. From the Actions menu, select Email Return Link.
    
3. Select Send to email the link, or Copy to copy the link so that you can paste it somewhere else.

Emailing a return link from the History screen

1. Go to the History page:
   • If you’re using ShipAccel, select Shipping > Shipping & Postage History.
   • If you’re using PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise, select Shipping & Mailing > Shipping & Postage History.
2. Select the arrow next to the desired shipment.
3. Select Email Return Link.
4. Select Send to email the link, or Copy to copy the link so that you can paste it somewhere else.
