You can email a link to your returns page to your customers so that they can easily access your returns page and start a return.

You can email a link to your returns page to your customers so that they can easily access your returns page and start a return.
Emailing a return link from the Orders screen
- On the Orders screen, select the order for which you wish to claim insurance.
- From the Actions menu, select Email Return Link.
- Select Send to email the link, or Copy to copy the link so that you can paste it somewhere else.
Emailing a return link from the History screen
- Go to the History page:
- If you’re using ShipAccel, select Shipping > Shipping & Postage History.
- If you’re using PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise, select Shipping & Mailing > Shipping & Postage History.
- Select the arrow next to the desired shipment.
- Select Email Return Link.
- Select Send to email the link, or Copy to copy the link so that you can paste it somewhere else.
