Setting up your consumer returns and tracking pages in ShipAccel

You can create a consumer returns page so that your customers can easily initiate a return, as well as a tracking page so that your customers can easily track packages.

You can create a consumer returns page so that your customers can easily initiate a return, as well as a tracking page so that your customers can easily track packages.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Designer.
  2. Enter your Brand Name.
  3. Enter your Company Website. The logo on your returns and tracking pages will be linked to this address.
  4. Under Header Logo, select Choose File or Change, select your file, and select Open.
  5. Under Favicon Logo, select Choose File or Change, select your file, and select Open.
  6. Under Colors, select the button next to the Color field and choose or enter your color.
  7. Under Fonts, select the fonts you wish to use for the Headings and Body Text on your returns and tracking pages.
  8. Under Footer, enter your Customer Support Phone number and any Social Media Links you wish to include at the bottom of your returns and tracking pages.
  9. Select the Publish button at the top.
  10. Select Tracking Page on the left side.
  11. Under Hero Image, select Add Hero Image.
  12. Select Choose File, select your image, and select Save. Make sure that your image adheres to the guidelines on the page.
  13. Under Promotional Images, select Add Horizontal Image or Add Vertical Images to add images that will appear at the bottom of the page, below the tracking number.
  14. Select Save after each image you add.
  15. Under Product Showcase, select Add Product to upload product images that will appear in a carousel at the bottom of the page, below the promotional images.
  16. Enter the Product Name, Product Description, and Product Page URL for each item, then select Save after each image.
  17. Select the Publish button at the top.
  18. Select the View Returns Page and View Tracking Page buttons on the right to view your pages.
