Adding customs product information in ShipAccel

You can add customs product information for international shipments to pre-fill the customs information for commonly-shipped items. These items are then available to select when adding items on the Shipment Contents screen when creating an international shipping.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

1. Select Settings > Customs Options or Settings > International Shipping..
2. Select Add Product Info
3. Enter a name for the product information in the Product Name field.
4. Under Made In, select the country where the item was made.
5. Enter the Weight.
6. Enter the Quantity.
7. Enter the Value of Each Item.
8. (Optional) Enter the HS Tariff Code.
9. Select Save and Close or Save and Add Another.

Your saved customs products are available when adding items on the Shipment Contents screen when creating an international shipping label. Select the Pick from Inventory menu and select the item. If needed, type the first 3 characters of the product name to search.
