Connecting you Shopify store in ShipAccel
If you cannot reconect your Shopify store to ShipAccel, the ShipAccel ecommerce app is still connected to Shopify.

You can add a Shopify store to sync your Shopify ecommerce orders with ShipAccel.
Before you begin
You will need the following information from your Shopify account.
- Username
- Password
Adding your Shopify account
- On the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Integration or + Add Store.
- Select the Shopify icon.
- Select Connect or Connect Store. You will be redirected to Shopify.
- Select Install or Open.
- Sign in to your Shopify account.
- On the Update data access screen, select Update. You will be redirected to the ShipAccel signin screen.
- Sign back in to ShipAccel.
- Repeat steps 1 through 7 to add the store again.
Note: At this time, you need to go through the process of adding the store twice in order to get it added to ShipAccel properly. - (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish..
