Allowing users to purchase supplies in ShipAccel

System administrators can choose whether to allow users to purchase supplies from the Supplies menu.

You can choose whether to allow users to purchase supplies from the Supplies menu in ShipAccel. If this option is turned off, users can still order free carrier supplies.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Admin Options.
  2. Select Allow users to purchase supplies.
