Issue

When printing a shipping label, ShipAccel gets stuck on the "We're generating your label" or "Generating shipping label" screen and will not proceed.

Resolution

Firefox users

Firefox may be blocking pop-ups, preventing the label from being created. When blocking a pop-up, Firefox displays an information bar. If you see this bar, follow the steps below.

Click the Options button in the notification bar and choose Allow pop-ups for https://shipaccel.pitneybowes.com.
After allowing pop-ups, reprint the label from your History.
