Viewing package data fields in the PitneyTrack mobile app

You can enable or disable the different package data fields while viewing packages within the Undelivered screen in the PitneyTrack mobile app.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

1. Login to PitneyTrack mobile app.
2. From the Home screen, select Undelivered packages.
   
3. On the Undelivered Packages screen, you can see a list of the number of packages that are undelivered. The package details are also visible.
   
4. If you want to see other package details listed on this screen, such as the recipient name, package status, ect, tap the 3 vertical dots in the upper right of the screen. A screen pop up appears for you to see the list of different package data fields. You can enable or disable the package data fields by checking or unchecking the check boxes next to the data field.
   
5. When you have finished selecting the data fields you want to view, just tap outside of the package data field screen to close it and the Undelivered Package screen appears with the new package data fields.
