Print Button askew in MailCenter App

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Resolved in MailCenter Version 1.68.

UPS OAuth

Affects licensed SendPro Enterprise users only.

UPS has deprecated access key authentication in favor of an OAuth 2.0 security model for all APIs. Beginning June 3, 2024, access keys will no longer be supported for authentication to any UPS APIs.

The same rate applied on the next transaction with documents only checked

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Special Service Snippet.

• Setting updated to clear Documents Only checkbox when app resets between transactions.

Mail Center App.

• Setting updated to clear Documents Only checkbox when app resets between transactions.

SaaS Transportation Carriers can now be added as a custom carrier in all brands

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Carrier services of all brands of SaaS Transportation (SendPro Enterprise Freight, SPE Freight) have been exposed to allow adding as a custom carrier.

ICF Label Updated

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

The ICS Courier label has been updated to move the postcode below the City / Province address line in the Return To address block.

The shipment transaction export has been updated with additional fields

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

New fields have been added to shipment transaction export.

The correct tracking status is not displaying in the view app

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

New tracking status states have been added.

The Department Name is being removed during the rate and create requisition process.

Unable to ship UN1993 with DHL International

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

The DHL International Pierbridge Rate Request and Ship Request has been updated to limit the length of the required fields.

Some charges are missing from carrier freight

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

A change has been made to include all accessorial charges in the total charge FedEx International Dangerous Goods Failure.

An error not allowing the saving of product entries via the supervisor app

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

An issue with the Supervisor App has been corrected.

Duplicate labels created with Multipack Purolator API shipments

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Purolator API Connector updated to only store the labels from the first package.

UPS API packages fail void with print as you go

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Issue corrected.

Canada Post email notification when using deliver to post office

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

The wrong email is being used with Canada Post delivery to the post office.

Shipments fail to Switzerland

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

When shipping from the Netherlands to Switzerland using HDL Economy service returns the error, “The selected service is not available between the origin and destination".

• The carrier connector has been updated to ensure shipments to Switzerland are dutiable when shipping from an EU Country.
• When shipping to international destinations the carrier expects the billing address country to be provided. Users should set this information in the Pierbridge rate and ship requests even when the BillPayerType is set to Sender.

Customer logo uploads to the wrong account in carrier account setup

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

FedEx Web Services Connector.

• The Administration App Carrier Image Upload options pop-up has been amended to remove the Security Credentials drop-down menu..
• The Logistics Server TransactionCarrierImageUpload code has been amended to use the credentials of the selected account* in the Carrier Image Upload pop-up.

The Pickup Waybill Number, reference and Location Identifier are missing in FedEx Data

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

The connector has been modified to pass PierbridgePickupRequest/PickupLocationIdentifier (Integer) to FedEx in the PackageLocation field Addressed an issue causing FedEx Commercial Invoice Images to not be saved.

Canada Post API returns an error, server not found

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Canada Post API connector fix was applied to handle error 9153 when calling the GetManifest endpoint.

Ace portal updated

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Ace Portal has been updated.
