Linking your UPS accounts to your UPS profile in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

All of your UPS account numbers must be registered under a single UPS profile (username) before verifying your UPS account(s) in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise.

All of your UPS account numbers must be registered under a single UPS profile (username) before verifying your UPS account(s) in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise.

  1. Go to ups.com and sign in to your UPS profile.
  2. Select the Profile icon in the upper right, then select Accounts and Payment.

  3. From the Add a Payment Method menu, select Add Existing Account.

  4. Select Add >.
  5. Enter your Account Number, Nickname, and Postal Code for Pickup Address and select Next >.

  6. When prompted for an Account Verification Method, select PIN Verification and select Next >.

  7. Select I need to request a PIN.

  8. Enter your email address and select Next >.
  9. Click Ok >.
  10. Once you receive the PIN via email, select I already have a PIN, enter the PIN and the Email Associated to the Account, and select Next >.

  11. Enter your Password and click Submit >.

  12. Repeat for any additional UPS accounts to add them to the same profile.
