Issue
The DHL International API displayed Error in parsing request XML:Error: cvc-pattern-valid: Value '' is not facet-valid with respect to pattern '.*[^\s].*' for type 'PhoneNumber'. at line 110, column 21, when attempting a DHL shipment in SendPro Enterprise.
Cause
A phone number was not entered for the Ship From user when attempting a DHL shipment in SendPro Enterprise.
Resolution
Navigate to the Ship From tab in the Shipping screen and add the Shipper's phone number to the Phone field.
