Enable automatic processing of files with the SendPro Enterprise batch processing tool

To automatically import and print labels in the SendPro Enterprise batch processing tool when a file is added to the import folder of the tool, follow the steps below.

1. Open Services.msc on the computer.
2. Locate and enter Properties in the SendPro Enterprise batch processing service.
3. Change Startup Type from Manual to Automatic.
4. Select the Apply button.
5. Select the Start button from theService Status area.
6. Close the Services window.

Each time a file is added to the import folder with the file name the SPE Batch Processing tool expect to import, the file will be automatically imported and labels printed.

Disable automatic processing of files with the SendPro Enterprise batch processing tool

1. Open Services.msc on the computer.
2. Locate and enter Properties in the SendPro Enterprise batch processing service.
3. Select the Stop In the Service Status area.
4. Change Startup Type from Automatic to Manual.
5. Select the Apply button.
6. Close the Services window.

Each time a file is added to the import folder, users will have to manually import using the Execute Now button in the program.
