Removing a ship requisition from SendPro Enterprise

Learn how to cancel a ship requisition when it is no longer required by the user who requested it.
- Open the MailCenter App.
- Select the Magnifying Glass Icon next to the Requisition and Tracking # box in the upper left of the screen.
- Search or scroll through the Requisitions box until you find the ship requisition you need to remove.
- Important: The checkbox should default on the Generated box. Do not check the processed or cancelled box and attempt to delete.
- Once you have found the requisition, select one of the following options to remove it from the Generated area:
- Cancel - Moves requisition to the cancelled area of the requisitions box but does not delete the shipment.
- Delete - Deletes the requisition from SendPro Enterprise.
- After you have removed the ship requisition you can close out of the box to continue shipping.
