Issue

When printing a 9.5 x 12-inch coversheet in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise, the recipient address and stamp are not visible through the envelope's window.

Cause

The wrong envelope type was used for the coversheet.

Resolution

Verify you are using envelope SL-ENV-CFW3 or similar. To review the correct specifications of the 9 1/2 x 11 envelope needed, please visit the Pitney Bowes online supply store.
